“I ordered Oak stairs 13 of them and they all came really high quality. I was impressed with the way how they were warped in foil, tapes individually and as a pack. All cuts was amazing. The groove was fitting really nice no lose or such thing just perfect, I am very particular and this product has indeed meet and exceed my expectation. They are Brand new stairs, good value for money and They look amazing, I love the curve bull nose and the frame below that gives an amazing view. Thank you Karl!”

“Every part finished and individually wrapped for protection and delivered on a pallet when promised. After delivery inspection there was not one thing to complain about no matter how demanding you might be. Honestly cannot overstate how happy I am with the quality of the kit, it is as if they had made it for their own home. At this standard the kit is not expensive at all. Every email - and being a custom kit there were lots of them (sorry guys!) - was answered within an hour. Thank you so much!”

We had to make some adjustments to the standard cladding set due to non-standard set-up in the house, but nothing was an issue. The product is made to the best quality you can imagine.
